We're making Mittens

It’s heading towards cooler weather and that means “It’s time for Mittens”

Thursday morning – Sept 12th and 19th – 10am to 12pm OR
Saturday morning – Sept 21st and  Sept 28th – 10am to 12pm

Cost $30.00 paid in advance – Tuesday Sept 10th

Learn to use double point needles while making mittens. This class prepares you for knitting in a small circumference like, sweater sleeves, hat decreases and small projects.

We work on ribbed cuffs, thumb gussets and grafting the closure.


Prerequisite – comfortable with the knit and purl stitch
Pattern book included
Homework – knitting homework between weeks
Materials – bring/purchase – 4.5mm double point needles, yarn

Who's tired of the cold winter winds and ready to knit a great Spring sweater?  Well, I think many of us are ready for those tulips and crocuses to show up.  Have you heard about Joji's Boxy sweater line up? These easy fit fun toknit sweaters have been designed in several styles and yarn weights.  Have a  look...  The Boxy was Joji's first design like this. It has a unique construction with interesting details and lots of easy knitting.  Boxy  is a very simple modern sweater, with a very wide body and skinny sleeves.
