Here’s your chance to learn how to knit the most popular small portable project – and it’s FUN!!

Thursday mornings = Oct 3rd, 10th, 17th – 10am to 12pm

This class is designed to prepare you for knitting your first pair of socks.
Starting at the cuff and knitting our way down to the toe, we will teach you the sock parts, (gussets, heel flap, heel turn and kitchener stitch) and several tips and tricks to make your sock knitting experience FUN!!

Cost $45.00 paid in advance by Friday Sept. 27th

Pattern – book included
Homework = knitting homework between classes
Prerequisite = comfortable knitting with double point needles
Materials = purchase yarn and double point needles

Who's tired of the cold winter winds and ready to knit a great Spring sweater?  Well, I think many of us are ready for those tulips and crocuses to show up.  Have you heard about Joji's Boxy sweater line up? These easy fit fun toknit sweaters have been designed in several styles and yarn weights.  Have a  look...  The Boxy was Joji's first design like this. It has a unique construction with interesting details and lots of easy knitting.  Boxy  is a very simple modern sweater, with a very wide body and skinny sleeves. Sock Heels  Cute heels :)  How many times have you started to knit socks and  everything's going along just fine then -  you arrive at the heel :( Peptalk = Read and re-read the directions,  I can do this!! - I can do this!!...  Well, your knitting the heel flap, okay not bad and then  comes the dreaded....  "pickup so many stitches along the edge" -  Here comes trouble...  well we have planned the class for you!!
