Soaking up vitamin D

Sunday was such a lovely day we enjoyed our coffee at the Thornbury Bakery followed by the Town of Blue Mountains Volunteer awards. Jim received an award this year for all his hard work on behalf of the Chamber. We enjoyed a fish n chip picnic lunch @ the Meaford harbour. The lunch was fab and the sunshine was so needed. When I work inside all week I realized that I had not been outdoors in sometime.

Morley was so happy to have us both at home he was racing the yard "helping" out. At the end of the day he was tired. Here's a glimpse of our day.

Spring Sweater Knitting

Who's tired of the cold winter winds and ready to knit a great Spring sweater?  Well, I think many of us are ready for those tulips and crocuses to show up.  Have you heard about Joji's Boxy sweater line up? These easy fit fun toknit sweaters have been designed in several styles and yarn weights.  Have a  look...  The Boxy was Joji's first design like this. It has a unique construction with interesting details and lots of easy knitting.  Boxy  is a very simple modern sweater, with a very wide body and skinny sleeves.
