We have chosen several pullover and cardigan patterns for you to choose from. Each design has been selected based on interesting features, Traditional aran look, fun/new techniques, well known designers, some Canadians in the group, suggested skill level, worsted weight yarn and well written patterns.

FREE overview of patterns review morning – approximately 10 patterns to choose from, or bring along a pattern you would like to knit

5 classes of 2 hours each session – Thursday or Saturday
6th bonus session FREE (more details to follow on using this 2 hr period time)
10% off sweater yarn purchase for class
Pattern overview meeting – we get together to chat about the pattern selections and
any modifications you might consider adding.

What size do I knit? – We will measure you to choose the appropriate size.

Learn new methods- we are always learning new things
Here’s a list of possible new techniques – stretchy cast ons, cable chart reading, create waist shapings, twisted stitches, bottom up/top down construction, worked flat, buttonholes, set in sleeves, raglan sleeves, saddle shoulder, crew neck, cowl neck line, zipper installation, provisional cast on, short rows, finishing tips, blocking help and more….

Who's tired of the cold winter winds and ready to knit a great Spring sweater?  Well, I think many of us are ready for those tulips and crocuses to show up.  Have you heard about Joji's Boxy sweater line up? These easy fit fun toknit sweaters have been designed in several styles and yarn weights.  Have a  look...  The Boxy was Joji's first design like this. It has a unique construction with interesting details and lots of easy knitting.  Boxy  is a very simple modern sweater, with a very wide body and skinny sleeves. Worked with a lightweight yarn it is very flattering, drapey and stylish!  A little short row section in the shoulders adds an interesting texture to the sleeves.  Directions are given to make a seamless version (worked in the round) or a seamed version (worked back and forth) of the body. Sock Heels  Cute heels :)  How many times have you started to knit socks and  everything's going along just fine then -  you arrive at the heel :( Peptalk = Read and re-read the directions,  I can do this!! - I can do this!!...  Well, your knitting the heel flap, okay not bad and then  comes the dreaded....  "pickup so many stitches along the edge" -  Here comes trouble...  well we have planned the class for you!!
