This class is for the Absolute Beginner! 101

Two session class (4 hours total) learn the hands on knitting basics of how to cast on, knit, purl, cast off.
We study a little theory of pattern reading, pattern abbreviations, yarn labels,   
Several projects to work on between sessions.

Jan 6th and Jan 13th Wed mornings 10 – 12 class includes - handout, yarn and needles - $50

Attention Beginners and Returning to Knitting  - 102 
(This class would be perfect for Knitters returning to the knitting world)

Two session class (4 hours total) Review of basics + learn the hands on knitting basics of how to increase and decrease, apply stitch combinations and discussion about more theory details.
Several projects choices to work on between sessions.

Jan 20th and Jan 27th Wed mornings 10 – 12 – $40.00 - Must bring 4.50mm to 5.mm needles, yarn 

Previous experience – must have the 101 skills

Learn to knit in the round with Circulars 103

How to knit with circular needles. – Learn all the techniques to make knitting in the round fun and exciting. Without any seams to sew, knitting in the round works up quickly and allows for all kinds of projects.   
Previous experience – must have the 101 and 102 skills
Several simple cowl patterns to choose from to work on between class

Feb 3rd Wed morning 10 – 12 - $22.00 – pattern and hand out included - materials extra
Previous experience – must have the skills taught in 101 and 102 classes

Learn to knit in the round with DPNs 104

This class a great next step to Learn to Knit 102 and 103.
In this 2 hours class we'll take the mystery out of knitting on double pointed needles

Skills required: 102 and 103 Level skills needed: You are comfortable creating the knit stitch, the purl stitch, work basic increases and decreases, and can cast on and bind off.

Feb 10th Wed morning – 10 – 12 - $22.00 – pattern and handout included – materials extra

These easy fit fun toknit sweaters have been designed in several styles and yarn weights.  Have a  look...  The Boxy was Joji's first design like this. It has a unique construction with interesting details and lots of easy knitting.  Boxy  is a very simple modern sweater, with a very wide body and skinny sleeves.
